Voting Rules
    The following is a list of requirements sorted by amount of votes needed to approve or disapprove an action, change, etc.

    Majority Votes
            * Discretionary Funds

    Super Majority Votes
            * Policy Changes

    Special Voting Rules
            * Departmental Protection
                - Votes regarding changes in departmental procedures also require the approval of the head of the department in question; unless there is a super
                   majority vote within the directorate.
                - This rule only applies to procedures set forth by department's director.
