Corporate Assets and Hangars

    Here are the rules governing corporate assets, management of assets, assignments of hangar permissions, which departments are responsible for which hangars, etc.

Hangar Permission Assignments
    - Hangar permissions assignments are restricted to the directors who are responsible for those hangars.  Responsibilities are as follows:

Global - Fleet Operations
Combat - Fleet Operations
Research - Research
Sorting Bin - Fleet Operations
Sell This - Marketing
Recycle Bin - Fleet Ops / Production
Production - Production

    - Fleet Operations requires approval from all Fleet Ops directors.
    - Shared hangars require approval from all involved directors.
    - View permissions can be freely assigned with the exception of production and research. 

Divisional Policy
    - Overflow cans are for Fleet Operations Directors only.  All overflow cans are to remain in the Sorting Bin.
